OBESITY Obesity is a major issue in the U.S.A. It is among the highest health problems in the U.S.A. Obesity can lead to heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers, and can also lead to death .Two out of three Americans are considered to be obese. For a better future of the country obesity must be stopped. When the technology was not much advanced and people used to work manually, using their own minds because of which people were fit and fine and there were less obese people in the country. Nowadays, technology is so advanced that everything is done by the computers and machinery. People who work in offices just sit in front of the computers all day and don’t even need to move from their chairs to get the job done. They stay inactive and do not go for any outdoor activities, which is making them obese. Using the computer excessively can lead to weight gain. Sitting in front of the computer all day long also causes problems like depression, inactive social life, back-ache, headache, and more. People in offices tend to miss their meals because of the work pressure on them, which is bad for their health and is also a reason for gaining weight in people. Besides doing all the work on the computer, people should take of their health by doing physical activities, working out in gym, and eating healthy food.
